PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straight-angle electric wire capable of shortening a manufacturing time and reduction in the manufacturing cost, and to provide a manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device for the wire. SOLUTION: The straight-angle electric wire W has a laminated conductor part 3, constituted by laminating a plurality of straight-angle metal conductors 2 in which an oxide film 1 is formed at the outer periphery, and an insulating layer 4 formed to be pushed out and covered at the periphery of the laminated conductor part 3. The oxide film 1 is not a film which is formed naturally, but is formed deliberately at the outer periphery of the straight-angle metal conductor 2 in a furnace, in an oxidation atmosphere.
