The equipment has a bolt (3) connecting a Kelly rod (2) with a tool or intermediate piece (1) and displaced by drive cylinders. The tool or intermediate piece is inserted into the Kelly rod and integrally formed by a pin (12). The tool or intermediate piece is extended through a transverse bore (11). Another transverse bore (21) is arranged in a middle part of four walls (22) in relation to a cross section of the Kelly rod. The drive cylinders are arranged at the Kelly rod parallel to the walls. A spiral groove or spiral slot (24) is provided into a guide sleeve (23). The tool is designed as a core drill bit, a drilling bucket or a cleaning device.
