The invention consists in manufacturing a compound structure using galvanized sheets that form the frame of the roof, these frames are manufactured in the floor and have longitudinal reinforcements (5), metallic mesh (9), connectors (8), etc. The sheets are subsequently lifted to the working position for being coated with a sheet of iron-henequen fiber-cement made in situ (water mortar, sand, cement and henequen fiber from 2 cm to 5 cm of length) with an upper portion of 1 or 1 1/2 cm of thickness, and a lower portion of 1 cm of thickness of mortar made with water, cement and sand in a ratio 1:3 (with no henequen fiber), which is applied to a metallic mesh (9) previously casted over longitudinal elements (5) which are located over braces (4), an adhesive being applied to said braces for receiving the mortar and ensuring a better integration of all the elements and the formation of the sheet section. A cast of 9 cm to 10 cm of thickness is performed over the lower chains and other of 1 0 x 10 cm over the upper chains, the mesh (9) of the sheet (15) being embedded between them so as to form a compound section where the metallic elements work under pressure, the concrete and mortars performing the compression work in all the structures and providing excellent rigidity. After the work is finished, the upper portion of the cover is waterproofed. |
