Integrated authentication system and subscriber terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention are disclosed. Here, an integrated authentication system includes: a subscriber resource management unit for receiving an integrated authentication request from a subscriber terminal, confirming service subscription information based on subscriber identification information included in the integrated authentication request and confirming a plurality of services which a corresponding subscriber subscribes; an authentication management unit for obtaining each service right for using the plurality of services; and an integrated authentication issue unit for generating an integrated authentication key having the each service right and transmitting to the subscriber terminal.
