摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic photovoltaic cell where a reduced graphene oxide is inserted into a hole transportation layer and a photovoltaic cell manufactured by the same and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing an organic photovoltaic cell including the steps of: (step 1) forming a first electrode on the upper part of a substrate; (step 2) stacking a graphene oxide on the upper part of the first electrode of the step 1; (step 3) reducing the graphene oxide by annealing the stacked graphene oxide of the step 2 in the temperature of 100-300°C; (step 4) stacking a photoactive layer on the upper part of the reduced graphene oxide of the step 3; and (step 5) forming a second electrode on the upper part of the photoactive layer of the step 4. The organic photovoltaic cell manufactured by the method of the present invention can improve photoelectric transformation efficiency by inserting the reduced graphene oxide as an interfacial layer for hole transportation. The organic photovoltaic cell can be stacked easily on the upper part of a flexible substrate like glass or plastic, by reducing the graphene oxide in the temperature of 100-300°C which is lower than the annealing reducing temperature of the conventional graphene oxide, and also has advantageous effect in energy aspect.
