A noise absorbing apparatus of a bridge according to the present invention comprises: a case; a sound absorbing material; and a buffering unit provided on the upper side of the case. The case is made of a metal thin sheet material and has a hexahedral shape and a porous structure including multiple sound absorbing holes. The buffering unit is made of an elastic pad attached to the upper side of the case. The sound absorbing material is made of a foam resin material. The noise absorbing apparatus of a bridge according to the present invention is provided to promote a pleasant environment on the periphery of a bridge by using a flexible connection structure for significantly absorbing and reducing friction noise generated from the bridge and to reduce production costs due to the excellent cost effectiveness according to the high noise reduction effectiveness compared with relatively low production costs.
