The present invention relates to a complex degradable resin composition containing wood flour and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for the complex degradable resin composition which enables complete degradation by replacing a portion of a synthetic resin with an additive for plastic using wood flour and drastically lowers production costs. The complex degradable resin composition containing the additive for plastic of the present invention comprises 75-85 wt% of the complex degradable resin composition and 15-25 wt% of the additive for plastic. The complex degradable resin composition comprises 20-80 wt% of plastic, 1-10 wt% of biodegradation agents, 0.008-1.2 wt% of biodegradation acceleration agents, 10-75 wt% of degradation acceleration agents, 0.001-0.5 wt% of photosensitization agents, 0.01-3 wt% of photosensitization acceleration agents, 0.01-1 wt% of nutrients, 0.03-2 wt% of water increasing agents, 0.001-1 wt% of degradation time delaying agents and 1-18 wt% of vinyl hydrophilic materials. The additive for plastic comprises 70-90 wt% of fillers, 1-3 wt% of maleic anhydride binders, 1-3 wt% of wax, 0.5-1 wt% of zinc-based thermal stabilizers, 1-5 wt% of chlorinated polyethylene, 1-3 wt% of hot melt adhesives or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers and 5-15 wt% of linear low density polyethylene. |
