The present invention provides a battery pack comprising (a) a battery cell lamination in which two or more battery cells in a battery case having an electrode assembly of a positive pole/separation film/negative pole structure and an electrolyte sealed therein are laminated; (b) an insulating mounting member which is mounted in the upper end in the electrode terminal direction of the battery cell lamination, includes an electric insulating material and is coupled to a frame member in a mechanical fastening manner; (c) a protection circuit module (PCM) which is equipped in the insulating mounting member and includes connection members that are connected to a protection circuit board (PCB) while connecting the PCB having a protection circuit for controlling the operation of the battery pack and the battery cells in parallel or in series; (d) the frame member which provides the space of receiving a volume change according to charge/discharge of the battery cells and is mounted in a part that the battery cells face to each other; and (e) an insulating cap which surrounds the insulating mounting member in a state that the PCM is equipped and is coupled to the upper end of the battery cell lamination.
