The present invention relates to a road paving method using a dyke collecting gutter and has its purpose to provide a road paving method using a dyke collecting gutter which is capable of smoothly discharging rainwater collected on a road shoulder before paving the road shoulder when a road is paved according to the installation of a dyke. The road paving method using a dyke collecting gutter comprises: a roadbed and pavement construction step; a dyke collecting gutter construction step for constructing a dyke and a dyke collecting gutter having a reference hole on the wall of the dyke; a lane construction step for constructing lane pavement; a road shoulder arranging step for discharging water collected on the road shoulder and rainwater flowing along the road shoulder through the reference hole into the dyke collecting gutter after the lane construction step; and a road shoulder construction step for locating a position that is 0-15 Cm from the upper end of the reference hole as a construction reference point and constructing road shoulder pavement for connecting the lane pavement to the construction reference point after the road shoulder arranging step; and therefore, is capable of discharging rainwater flowing along the road shoulder or water collected on the road through the reference hole into a road ditch.
