The present invention relates to a prefabricated ondol panel and a triple floor heating system using the same. According to the present invention, the prefabricated ondol panel in which an upper plate is combined with the upper part of a panel body having a guiding pipe mounted therein is characterized in that the panel body has a side plate which is formed to be erected in the edge of the bottom plate; a reinforcement rib is formed to be extended toward the outside and integrated in the upper part of the side plate; through holes having consistent centers are formed to face to each other in one side and the other side of the side plate; mounting members having recessed upper parts are respectively combined with the bottom plates of the lower parts of the through holes formed in the side plate; both side ends of the guiding pipe are respectively inserted into the through holes to be hooked; the lower part of the guiding pipe is mounted in the mounting member; the upper part of the guiding pipe is covered with a cover member having the recessed lower part; and the upper plate is combined with the upper part of the reinforcement rib comprising the cover member to touch each other. Therefore, the present invention may solve the leakage problem by installing a PVC-XL pipe which is a warm water pipe without separately connecting respective ondol panels, and also provide the pleasant and comfortable living space while reducing the heat loss between the floors and the noise generated in a multiplex house by reducing the hot chisel phenomenon generated in the heating.
