The device has guide rollers (20, 21) including heating rolling part, which is formed and provided along a thread path to pull a thread (Y). The rollers are adjacently formed in direction, in which the thread runs, where the thread is rotated in opposing directions and less wrapped on the rollers along rotation direction with winding angle of 360 degree. Non-contact length of a part of the thread is provided under the rollers and/or between the rollers. The non-contact length of the part of the thread is smaller than contact length of the part of the thread on the rollers.
