The present invention relates to a device for guiding car maintenance using a QR code, is to provide a device capable of minimizing the degradation of the condition of a car for guiding car maintenance using a QR code by easily informing a driver to know the condition and rapidly handling the issue by providing information of the car and the counteracts for the abnormality occurred in various devices which are installed in the car as a QR code. For the purpose, the present invention in a device for guiding car maintenance using a QR code includes: a QR code storage unit for storing a QR code having detailed information corresponding to the abnormal situation of various devices within a car and maintenance information; an abnormal information collection unit for collecting abnormal information of the various devices within the car; a control unit for searching a corresponding QR code in the QR code storage unit as the abnormal information collection unit collects abnormal information; and a display unit for displaying a QR code searched by the control unit.
