The present invention relates to a new method for casting a push type locking shaft of an electronic parking brake module for vehicles which remarkably contributes the improvement of performance, productivity, and a quality via a simple process at low costs when manufacturing a push type locking shaft composing an electronic parking brake module for vehicles. C6783 (highten sile brass or high strength brass) composed of 55.0-59.0 wt% of Cu, 0.50 wt% or less of Pb, 0.20-1.5 wt% of Fe, 0.20-2.0 wt% of Al, 1.0-3.0 wt% of As, 34.0-43.0 wt% of Zn among high strengthen brass is utilized for casting the push type locking shaft (10) of the electronic parking brake module (A). A casting method is selected one method among a die casting (high pressure die casting) method or an evaporative pattern casting method (EPC). |
