The present invention relates to a method for the evaluating optimal reliability of a distribution system using a distribution system optimal reliability evaluation server which gets real-time power data from power facilities in a building based on the evaluation commands or analysis of a terminal control unit and which runs quantitative numerical algorithms by inputting the power data. The present invention accurately analyzes the distribution system using an analysis engine for analyzing unbalanced flow unbalanced failure. Therefore, the present invention verifies analyzing tools and analyzing reliability for failure; accurately grasps the current state of the distribution system; provides an optimal state for improving the current state using an quantitative analysis; diagnoses the state of the distribution system; covers losses in the distribution system; provides recommendations for optimal operation; and eliminates violations.
