A device for gripping blades of a wind power generator is disclosed. The device for gripping the blades of a wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main frame which moves upward and downward in the height direction of a tower of the wind power generator; and a gripping unit which is formed on one side of the main frame and grips the blades of the wind power generator to relatively rotate the blades to the main frame.
