Disclosed is a bumper back beam which includes grid type ribs on both sides for improving low-speed collision performance. The present invention provides the bumper back beam including a back beam body of an arch shape; and a front grid rib which is attached on the front surface of the back beam body and which a rib surface is connected by a form of a grid; or a rear grid rib which is attached on the rear surface of the back beam body and which a rib surface is connected by a form of a grid.
