DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing a display panel includes the steps of: forming a first insulating layer on a substrate where a thin film transistor is arranged; forming a sacrificial layer by coating a first photoresist composite on the first insulating layer; forming a second insulating layer on the sacrificial layer; forming a protection layer by coating a second photoresist composite on the second insulating layer; exposing by irradiating a light to the protection layer and the sacrificial layer; removing the sacrificial layer by using a developing solution; and forming an image display layer in a space where the sacrificial layer is removed. The first photoresist composite includes a positive photoresist, and the second photoresist composite includes a negative photoresist. Thus, the manufacturing method can be simplified.
