The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a polymer composition containing regenerated polypropylene and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for a polymer composition which is manufactured by mechanically mixing a polybutene solution in which regenerated polypropylene, talc and nanodiamond are dispersed, and then melt-extruding them. The manufacturing method for the polymer composition improves low mechanical strength and poor melt process properties and activates the reutilization of waste plastics.
