The present invention relates to a horizontal glass tube cutting device using a laser and, more particularly, to a horizontal glass tube cutting device where a glass tube transferring member, which is installed to horizontally rotate on a base and has a horizontally inserted glass tube on the outer periphery of a main axis, is installed so that the glass tube to be cut can be successively provided to an outgoing location (A), a half cutting location (B), an arm reset location (C), and a cutting location (D) and so that the glass tube is successively cut by half-cutting the glass tube provided to the half cutting location using a laser, finally cutting the glass tube at the cutting location, and then discharging the glass tube; and where the glass tube can be cut by using a low power laser without any damage when cutting the glass tube. |
