An apparatus for supplying dimethylether common rail fuel enables a high pressure pump (23) to supply dimethylether fuel to multiple injectors (30) through a common rail (24) and sprays the dimethylether fuel to a cylinder; collects the fuel remaining in the injector after the spraying, to a return gallery (31) formed to connect the multiple injectors to the cylinder head, then returns the fuel to a fuel tank (10). An auxiliary pump (70) is also installed on a bypass line (B) which bypasses the high pressure pump (23) and the common rail (24) then is joined to the return gallery (31). An ECU(60) determines the types of the dimethylether fuel returned by the injector. If the fuel is liquid, the ECU operates only the high pressure pump. If the fuel is gas or has possibility of being gasified, the ECU operates the auxiliary pump additionally. |
