The flange connection shaft (1) has a pipe (4) whose end (5) is opened and closed by a manual shut-off element (6). The dimensions of a connecting portion correspond to standard dimensions of SAE flange, CETOP square flange and Adaconn flange. The shut-off element comprises supplementary sealing elements (7). The shut-off element coincides with a flange connection surface (13). Two threaded valves (9) are provided in the shaft. A fixing aid is provided as a locknut in the shut-off element.
