A fixing device of a reinforcement member for a primary barrier is disclosed. The fixing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a fixing device of a reinforcement member for a primary barrier supporting a first corrugated unit and a second corrugated unit crossing each other and formed on a primary barrier in a liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank, which includes an insulation board and the primary barrier forming an internal wall by being located on the upper part of the insulation board. The fixing device of the reinforcement member for a primary barrier includes a connection unit inserted into an insertion groove formed on the lower surface of a crossing unit in which the first corrugated unit and the second corrugated unit are crossed; a fixing bracket including a body connected to one side of the connection unit; and a first fastening member fastening a shock absorbing plate located between the insulation board and the primary barrier to the other side of the body. The reinforcement member is fixed to the inside of the first corrugated unit and the second corrugated unit by the shock absorbing plate.
