The present invention relates to a semiconductor light emitting device, a light emitting apparatus and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor light emitting device. According to one aspect of the present invention, the semiconductor light emitting device comprises a first conductive semiconductor layer; a light emitting structure having an active layer and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a first electrode structure having a conductive via that penetrates the second conductive semiconductor layer and the active layer to be connected to the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second electrode structure connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; an insulating part which is formed to cover the first and second electrode structures and has an open region to expose a part of the first and second electrode structures; and first and second pad electrodes which are formed on the first and second electrode structures exposed by the open region and are respectively connected to the first and second electrode structures.
