<p>The present invention relates to a mass production method (A) of pure graphene, which forms gas (A) doped graphite powders or gas (A) doped graphite particles by heat-treating graphite powders (nature or synthesis) or graphite particles (nature or synthesis), which comprise 96-99.9% of carbon by placing natural graphite granules or synthetic graphite granules comprising 96-99.9% of carbon produced by removing metal components, sulfur, ash, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and moisture under a ball mill and pulverizing the natural graphite granules or synthetic graphite granules, with at least one gas (A) selected among iodine (I2), carbon dioxide (CO2), hydrogen (H2), oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen (N2), helium (He), neon (Ne), argon (Ar), krypton (Kr), xenon (Xe), fluorine (F), and chlorine (Cl) at 250-400°C, separating graphene to an individual sheet from the gas (A) doped graphite powders or gas (A) doped graphite particles, and forming graphene gel while an inter-layer space is generated by gas when the gas (A) doped graphite powders or gas (A) doped graphite particles are put in a solvent selected among NMP, DMP, alcohol and water and are mixed or are treated with ultrasonic waves and produces pure graphene in large quantities by performing centrifugation on the graphene gel or heat-treating the graphene gel at 120-180°C</p> |
