The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for switching a bill conveying direction which constitutes a simple structure capable of quickly switching a bill conveying direction in response to a bill receiving and dispensing step and a bill receiving and dispensing apparatus having the same. To achieve this purpose, an apparatus for switching a bill conveying direction according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first gate (110) and a second gate (120) which are provided to be rotated by being linked with each other at both sides of a rotary shaft around the rotary shaft (130), a position at which three-way conveying paths (61, 62, 63) diverge, and which guides bills transferred along any one of the three-way conveying paths to any one of two remaining conveying paths; a first link (140) and a second link (150) which has ends of one side respectively connected to a first hinge (141) and a second hinge (151) at both sides of the first gate (110) and the second gate (120) and ends of the other side respectively connected to a third hinge (142); and a linear solenoid value (160) which is connected to the third hinge (142) to linearly move up and down. |
