摘要 The present invention refers to a DEVICE FOR MEASURING LOW GAS FLOW for monitoring the flow of biogas generated in reactors for treating wastewater. The range of flows measured by the device is of from about 25 to about 30000 microliters per minute. This invention is characterized in that it has a couple of membrane for avoiding the solubility of the biogas in the displacing liquid and the evaporation of the same, the device does not require frequent calibrations. The long periods of operation of the device are one of the most remarkable advantages of the same. The device is characterized in that it has a displacing liquid dense enough for returning the membrane to its initial shape without extra accessories. Unlike previous inventions, the design of the present invention is compact and with substantial improvements in the operation thereof. The opportunity of the device of being scaled to larger dimensions turns the same into a versatile device. The device may be used for measuring t he production of hydrogen in an electrochemical cell of 200 ml of effective volume or in a reactor of up to 5 liters for generating biogas, mainly methane, carbon dioxide and hydrogen without losing product by solubility or permeability, with precision and repeatability.
