Disclosed are a safe plan service system and a safe plan service method, which comprises a server and a ledger database part storing fund information of a subscriber, pre-established target profit rate and deposit and installment saving account information to transfer profits, and receives operation information of the fund from an operation system operating the fund. The server receives operation information of the fund, and judges whether the evaluated price of the fund of the subscriber is equal to or above reference price. In case that the evaluated price of the fund of the subscriber is equal to or above the reference price, the server calculates profit rate of the fund and judges whether the calculated profit rate exceeds the target profit rate. In case that the calculated profit rate exceeds the target profit rate, the server calculates the profit of the fund and transfers the calculated profit to the deposit and installment saving account of the subscriber. In the embodiment of the present invention, only profits are repurchased to users performing trading of funds and are transferred to the deposit or the installment saving automatically to obtain safe profit only in case that the profit is equal to or above the target profit rate established by a user by reflecting the characteristics of composite price stock index with much variation. And, the system enables the user to withdraw and use the money transferred to the deposit and installment saving account when money is required, and enables the user to increase profit by receiving interest of the installment saving when the user deposits the transferred money to the installment saving.
