Provided is an embodiment of an air treatment apparatus stimulating coacervation of a large moisture droplet from a small moisture droplet found in the air flowing by a turbo-machine in a power generating system. For example, the embodiment generates electromagnetic fields promoting contact between the small moisture droplets. The contact can increase the size of the moisture droplets to promote condensation of the moisture from the air.
