<p>The invention discloses a shot blasting device. The shot blasting device comprises a machine frame, a blasting box body with a blasting chamber with a hopper-shaped bottom surface mounted at the upper part of the machine frame and an opening and closing door, a supporting part arranged in the blasting box body and used for supporting a de-burred formed part, a blasting nozzle mounted at the upper part of the blasting box body and used for blasting projection materials of dry snow or granular dry ice onto the de-burred formed part supported by the supporting part, a dry ice supply device arranged inside or outside the machine frame at the lower part of the blasting box body and used for supplying projection materials of dry ice or granular dry ice to the blasting nozzle through compressed air, and a burr container mounted on the machine frame at the lower part of the blasting box body and used for receiving burrs from the blasting box body. Due to the adoption of the shot blasting device, tiny burrs on a small formed part can be effectively removed for washing the formed part, and the projection materials can be reliably prevented being adhered on the formed part.</p> |
