The present invention relates to an auxiliary skin care device comprising: a main body unit (10); a supporting unit (20) supporting the main body unit (10); an anion generating unit (30) installed inside the main body unit and generating anions to emit the anion to the outside; a near-infrared ray generating unit (40) installed inside the main body unit and emitting near-infrared ray to the outside; and a radiator (50) installed on the top surface of the main body unit (10) and emitting heat generated from the near-infrared ray generating unit (40) and the anion generating unit (30) to the outside because one end of the radiator is connected to substrates of the near-infrared ray generating unit (40) and the anion generating unit (30).
