The device (1) has two parts having distinct diameters, where one of the two parts comprises a guide (4) prolonged by a portion (5) having a larger diameter. A section of the portion in arranged in a direct contact of the housing, and diameter of the guide is lower than diameter of the narrow passage. The guide is arranged with a rod.
