FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding of vaned plates and can be used for finishing of turbo machine compressor impellers. Proposed method is implemented by device including tank with grinding material, vaned disc support, disc vanes paired to confine airflow channel shaped to helix with pitch p. Built-in drives revolves said support about its lengthwise axis and translates it there along for displacement of helix with its pitch approximating to said pitch p towards every point of the support.EFFECT: machining of plates of whatever shape, higher operating performances.17 cl, 3 dwg |
