The present invention relates to a device and a method for dividing the balance of an account in an online stocks and derivatives trading, and analyzing a profit and loss from the divided account. The method of the present invention comprises a step of setting a condition for dividing the balance of an account; an operation step for dividing the balance of the account; a step of calculating a profit of each divided account; and a step of displaying information on the calculated profits and the divided accounts. According to the present invention, an investor can figure out profits (a list) from divided accounts and execute split selling and buying orders stage by stage not needing to enter a quantity of each order if the investor once sets a division condition for the balance of an account, thereby making quick orders and scientific decisions to maximize investment profit.
