The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating a vehicle repair estimate list and, specifically, to an apparatus facilitating the computation of an estimate for a vehicle to be repaired by classifying vehicle parts into upper selection groups and sub-selection groups and displaying the groups, which are hierarchically classified, using icons. The disclosed apparatus for generating a vehicle repair estimate list is characterized by comprising: a display unit for displaying, on a screen, upper selection groups corresponding to a plurality of dismantled upper vehicle parts and sub-selection groups corresponding to the sub-parts of the upper parts; an interface unit for displaying the sub-selection groups based on at least one selection among the upper selection groups; and an output unit for outputting the repair estimate list for the vehicle to be repaired based on at least one selection among the sub-selection groups.
