<p>The purpose of the invention is to provide a medical supply wherein a compound that is capable of interfering with the blood coagulation reaction, both during the step of primary hemostasis in which platelets participate and the step of blood clot formation in which blood coagulation factor participates, is firmly fixed to the surface of the medical supply while maintaining anti-blood coagulating activity.
