FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device for creation of guaranteed tension in a detachable threaded connection of parts, comprising two connected parts, comprising a threaded rod with a flanged head, differing by the fact that it is equipped with a ring spacer and jack bolts with a developed support surface, and the ring spacer is arranged between the flanged head and connected part and is made with an anti-friction coating. The flanged head is made with concentrically arranged threaded holes, in which jack bolts are installed, resting with the support surface against the ring spacer. Jack bolts are equipped with tension gauges, electrically connected with light indicators, arranged in heads of jack bolts, and the flanged head is arranged in the form of a star or a polyhedron for a key.EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced labour intensiveness of connection of structure elements due to exclusion of using complicated tightening nut setting devices. |
