摘要 The present invention relates to radio communication and, specifically, to a radio resource allocation method in case radio resources are multi-layered. A radio resource allocation method according to one aspect of the present invention comprises the following steps of: (a) calculating a hierarchical modulation resource amount for each layer to perform hierarchical modulation of data for each of the two layers based on a specific constellation ratio and selecting a layer having a relatively small hierarchical modulation resource amount from the two layers; (b) calculating a non-hierarchical modulation resource amount to perform non-hierarchical modulation of data for an unselected layer; (c) calculating the sum of the hierarchical modulation resource amount of the layer selected in step (a) and the non-hierarchical modulation resource amount; and (d) performing step (a) or step (c) for designating all the constellation ratios and selecting a constellation ratio and a modulation method to minimize the sum.
