The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a metal door. The manufacturing method of the metal door includes a step of manufacturing an aluminum honeycomb panel, a metal door including a roll coating aluminum surface member attached on one side of the aluminum honeycomb panel, and (a) the roll coating aluminum surface member by coating an aluminum coil by rolling the same; (b) a step of manufacturing the honeycomb panel with an aluminum rolled member; (c) a step of attaching the surface member to one side of the honeycomb panel; and (d) a step of finishing the side of the honeycomb panel. Therefore, the present invention provides the metal door which includes excellent durability, is strong on a fire, and can be recycled. |
