A control method for a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for a refrigerator including a water supply system for an ice maker having a flux sensor detecting the flux of supplied water by using a pulse value according to the rotation of an impeller and includes the following steps of: starting water supply by turning on an ice making mode; sensing a pulse value by operating the flux sensor; determining whether the pulse value approaches the target pulse value within the set time (T); and performing the supplied-water control algorism according to the low water pressure by determining that the supplied water has low pressure in a case where the pulse value does not approach the target pulse value within the set time (T), wherein the supplied-water control algorism according to the low water pressure includes the following steps of: calculating the supplied flux corresponding to the pulse value detected during the set time (T); and setting flux to be supplemented and a new target pulse value corresponding to the flux to be supplemented in order to approach the target flux.
