The present invention relates to a complex magnetic bearing with a radial and thrust integrated auxiliary bearing. The purpose of the present invention is to offer the structure of a new radial and thrust integrated auxiliary bearing which can be joined to a magnetic bearing in order to minimizing the length of a rotor and a system volume by joining the radial and thrust integrate auxiliary baring to the magnetic bearing and to provide a complex magnetic bearing with the radial and thrust integrated auxiliary bearing which strengthens the concentricity retentivity of the magnetic bearing by the radial and thrust integrated auxiliary bearing joined to the magnetic bearing.
