The present invention includes a center of gravity weight to a wind turbine and makes a wind turbine enable horizontal rotation and vertical rotation according to the direction of wind in a wind turbine. Also, the purpose of the present invention is to reduce the efficiency degradation, of a wind turbine, which can occur according to the continuous variation of the speed and direction with time and improve the electrical output efficiency of the wind turbine by constantly maintaining a main shaft speed of a blade. Furthermore, another purpose of the present invention is to maximally increase the electricity generation efficiency of the wind turbine by reducing vibration and noise used to occurs in an existing wind turbine. |
