A device of the present invention joins a heating element to a heating member (100) by a joining member (200). The joining member (200) includes: an insertion portion (210) which is disposed at one end and has a holding portion (210a) and a supporting portion (210b) with an S-shaped side cross-section; a leg portion (230) which is disposed at the other end and adjacent to one side of a heating element to pressurize the other side of the heating element on a heating member (100), causing the other side to adhere to the heating member; and an elastic portion (220) which generates an elastic force by being bent in an L shape while connecting the insertion portion (210) and the leg portion (230). The heating member (100) includes: a body (102); a contact portion (120) which adheres to a heating element on one side of the body (102); and a heating portion (130) which emits heat on the other side of the body. A groove portion (110) with a protruding portion (110a) and a groove supporting portion (110b) is provided on the top of the contact portion (120). The protruding portion (110a) is disposed at the lower end of the inner entrance of the groove portion (110) into which the insertion portion (210) is inserted, wherein the stepped holding portion (210a) is fixed to the protruding portion (110a). The groove supporting portion (110b) for supporting the supporting portion (210b) is disposed at the top of the inside of the groove portion (110).
