The present invention provides a data processing apparatus, including a human machine interface (HMI) operating processor, which comprises: a communication part for collecting state information or operation data from at least one client; a display part for outputting the data received from the communication part and outputting control or monitoring state according to the data of the client; a storage part for classifying the received data into at least one logging group, moving the received data, classified into at least one logging group, to a segment group, including at least one segment, and storing the received data such that the segment is matched with the logging group; and a controller for controlling classification of the received into at least one logging group and movement of the classified data to the segment group including at least one segment matched with the logging gorup at every set cycle.
