The present invention relates to an up-and-down moving type flower pot table capable of providing usability of a table and providing an esthetic value of a flowerpot by adjusting the height where the table or the flowerpot is installed and comprises: a table having an exposed hole in the central part to expose a plant planted in a flowerpot to the upper direction and being installed to move up and down through a height adjusting member; a support member being installed in the lower part of the table when the plant is planted therein or the flowerpot in which the plant is planted is included and supporting the table member to be able to move up and down; and a prop member being installed in the lower part of the support member and propping the support member, thereby providing usability by properly adjusting the height of the table regardless of the height of a user, and improving an esthetic element of indoor gardening and steadily maintaining the state of the indoor gardening by supporting the plant growing in the flowerpot regardless of the height of the plant and preventing the plant from being fallen due to the height. |
