A torque transmitting device is disclosed. The torque transmitting device includes a body including a hollow unit which are penetrated through the inner and outer sides of a chamber; a first shaft which is formed on the hollow unit and which includes a plurality of inner magnets which is formed on one side in all directions; a second shaft which is formed on the hollow unit and which includes a plurality of outer magnets which radially surrounds the inner magnets on one surface to face the inner magnets from outside; and sealing units which are interposed between the inner magnets and the outer magnets to separate a region of the hollow unit. The polarity of the inner and outer magnets toward the center can be alternatively different in the circumferential direction.
