The present invention relates to a superconductive wire joining method and includes a step of forming a joining part, from which a filament is exposed, at one end of each of multiple superconductive wires; a step of fixing one end of each superconductive wire, where a joining part is formed, inside a combination container; a step of filling the combination container with powder of which the molecular ratio of Mg to B is 1 : 1.8 - 2.2; a step of pressurizing the combination container at 0.01 - 100 MPa and at the same time heating the container at 500 - 950°C to join the superconductive wires by melting; a step of thermal-processing the combination container to recover superconductivity of the joined superconductive wire; and a step of cooling the superconductive wire. According to the present invention, it is possible to join multiple superconductive wires with almost no joining resistance, and as a result, the joined superconductive wire is of wide use. |
