摘要 <p>A customer retention system and a method for customer retention using the computing system are disclosed. The system comprises processor; and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory comprises a tagging module, an analysis module and an interaction module. The tagging module is executable by the processor and configured to receive a customer profile object corresponding to a target customer from a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, in response to a customer profile request and tag a customer profile object to an associated profile type from among a plurality of predefined profile types stored in profile data. The customer profile object comprises a plurality of profile parameters of the target customer and the tag is based at least in part on the plurality of profile parameters. Each of the plurality of predefined profile types is categorized based on respective plurality of profile parameters. The analysis module is executable by the processor and configured to select, based on the associated profile type, one or more retention policies corresponding to the associated profile type from a plurality of retention policies stored in retention policy data. Each of the one or more retention policies is associated with a weightage indicative of number of acceptances by different target customers and each of the one or more retention policies is classified as one of a preferred policy and a non-preferred policy based on the weightage. The analysis module is further configured to provide the one or more retention policies to a user device communicatively coupled to the system, for providing to the target customer; receive, from the user device, an input regarding at least one retention policy classified as preferred policy from among the one or more retention policies. The input indicates whether a, target customer has accepted or rejected the at least one retention policy. The analysis module is further configured to calculate an updated weightage of the at least one retention policy for the associated profile type based on the input from the user device. The interaction module is executable by the processor and configured to update at least one of the plurality of parameter in the customer profile object of the target customer in the profile data based on the input from the user device for updating the CRM system. The analysis module is further configured to re-classify the at least one retention policy as one of the preferred policy and the non-preferred policy for the associated profile type based on the updated weightage for providing to a next target customer with the associated profile type.</p>
