The present invention relates to a device for adjusting a liquid injection amount of an IV injection or a nutrient solution for plants, more specifically a minute adjusting device which: can respond to the change of water pressure inside a container caused by reducing contents using a semi-permeable air inlet (22) in a separate space (20) for storing rehydration solutions on the lower side of an insertion needle (10); and can accurately adjust the amount of the rehydration solutions by adjusting gaps on a slope of a second empty chamber (40) using a slope (24) of a first empty chamber (20) corresponding to the a slope of the second empty chamber by the rotation of an adjusting handle (30). |
