The present invention relates to a device for changing the shape of a laser beam, which is irradiated in a processing target object including a linear unit and a corner unit, according to processing the linear unit or the corner unit. The device for changing the shape of the laser beam includes a mask, a shutter unit, and a shutter driving unit. The mask includes an opening unit passing through the laser beam. The shutter unit is connected to the mask and changes the shape of the opening unit to have a half-opening shape in which the width of a cross section of the opening unit is decreased from one end towards the other side by closing a part of the opening unit. The shutter driving unit drives the shutter unit in order for the opening unit to have the completely opened shape while the linear unit is processed and drives the shutter unit in order for the opening unit to have the half-opening shape while the corner unit is processed. |
