<p>An organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes a substrate; a scan line and a previous scan line formed on the substrate and applying a scan signal and a previous scan signal respectively; a data line and an operation voltage line crossing with the scan line and the previous scan line and applying a data signal and an operation voltage; a switching thin film transistor connected to the scan line and the data line; an operation thin film transistor connected to a switching drain electrode of the transistor and the operation voltage line; an organic light emitting diode connected to the operation drain electrode of the transistor; a storage capacitor connected between the operation voltage line and an operation gate electrode of the transistor; and a boosting capacitor including a first boosting energy accumulation plate connected to the operation gate electrode of the transistor and a second boosting energy accumulation plate connected to the scan line while being overlapped with the first boosting energy accumulation plate. The area of the first boosting energy accumulation plate may be bigger than that of the second boosting energy accumulation plate. Therefore, the organic light emitting display device can minimize a change rate of boosting capacitance by a vertical movement of the second boosting energy accumulation plate caused by the distribution of manufacturing processes by making the area of the first boosting energy accumulation plate bigger than that of the second boosting energy accumulation plate.</p> |
